How can I book a session with your studio? You can call us by phone at (832) 444-3966 or email us anytime at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about our availability. During our consultation, we require a $50 deposit to secure your photo session as our studio operates by appointment only.
Do I need to provide my own outfits? Yes, you will be most comfortable if you bring your own outfits since it ensures that everything fits you the best way possible. Before your photo shoot begins, we will sit down and go over your wardrobe to discuss any concepts or ideas you have in mind. We have lots of outfit recommendations we can discuss before your shoot as well!
I’m so nervous and I’ve never done this before. Can you help me? Absolutely! You are in wonderful hands and we will guide you through the posing during the entire shoot. Together, we’ll create beautiful vivid imagery that is sensually expressive - simply trust us as professionals! It’s going to be a lot easier than expected, and most of our clients end up feeling like a celebrity by the end of the session!
How far in advance do I need to schedule? You can expect to have your product in hand 21 days after the final order has been placed. The variety of products that we offer vary in length of time to produce, design, and bind together, so a good way to ensure on-time delivery, it is best to schedule your session about 1-2 months before your special occasion. Please request more information about our availability in your city this year.
Is hair and makeup included in my session? We ask our clients to come hair and makeup ready to the venue, as this process can take 1-3 hours by itself. We are happy to provide you with suggestions when and if these resources are available to us in your particular city. Lots of planning can go into the process of doing a boudoir session, so we highly suggest pampering yourself and indulging in this experience!
Can I have a friend there with me? Absolutely! We understand the importance of wanting some moral support and we love meeting friends and family. We ask that you limit to one person to not distract and take away from the experience. To ensure the comfort of all involved, no men will be allowed there during your session, since this is an all-female operated studio.
Where does my photo shoot take place? We choose some of the finest venues in the nation to ensure the highest quality of service in all our interactions, whether with clients or other staff members involved. Some of our favorite hotels to shoot at are The W, Hotel ZaZa, The Langham, Granduca Hotel, and the Kimpton Hotels across the nation, which all provide a huge variety of scenes and different looks. We will let you know ahead of time where your shoot will take place to confirm your session!
How long will my shoot be? All photo sessions last about an hour to an hour and a half from the time we first meet to the time you leave the venue. We usually do not go over an hour of shooting and provide extra time to allow us to talk over any ideas you have for your session and change into your different looks comfortably.
Can I purchase more images than the ones included in my package? Of course! After your photo shoot, you’ll book one more appointment to review your images, which is called the Viewing Session. At that time, you’ll go through all products offered and can make your final selections, adding anything else as you please.
Will you retouch my images? After your photo session, your images will go through minor adjustments made for color control, sizing, and other minor edits done by our principal editor to prepare your Viewing Session. Extensive retouching is available at an additional fee per image, which we will go over when you review your images.
What is your usual turn-around time for images and albums? Your images will be available for viewing 1-2 weeks after your photo shoot takes place unless otherwise stated. Your final products will be available 21 business days after the final selections have been made and can be delivered to you upon request.
Will you post my images online? We respect your privacy and take this matter very seriously. We understand that some women have certain careers or commitments that keep them from sharing their photos. We will post your images with your permission and a signed model release only.
Is it ok to tan before my shoot? Please DO NOT tan before your session. Unfortunately, tanning shows up orange in images and can make other parts of the body (such as heels, palms, tan lines, etc.) appear oddly on the skin. As it tends to rub off on clothes and furniture at times, we cannot guarantee access to all scenes throughout the suite if this occurs. Additional editing fees may result for the desired outcome of an image and completion of a product.
Do you do nude sessions? We actually specialize in fine-art nudes, so that would be a yes! We would love to discuss any ideas before the session takes place so we can make sure that all the technical aspects of your vision can be fulfilled. We want to be able to create stunning art through lighting, while still keeping them very classy and tasteful.
Do you do couples shoots? Yes we do! Please contact our studio to inquire about what openings we have for your city, as we only take a select few for each weekend that we’re there. In order to have enough time to work with the both of you that day, please contact us for a phone consultation to obtain more information.
What is your cancellation policy? We require a 7-day notice if you do not wish to lose your deposit. If you let us know 7 days before your photo shoot that you are unable to make your appointment, then your deposit is good for an alternate date. A $50 rescheduling fee is required to rebook your session for any last minute cancellations.
